শর্তাবলীর গ্রহণ
গ্রুপবাই.বিডিশপ.কম ওয়েবসাইট (এই "সাইট") ব্যবহার বা অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী এবং নিয়মকানুন ("শর্তাবলী") দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর যে কোনো অংশে সম্মত না হন, দয়া করে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।

যোগ্যতা
- • আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে এই সাইট ব্যবহারের জন্য।
- • সাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে, আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার একটি বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করার আইনি ক্ষমতা রয়েছে।

- • এই সাইট গ্রুপ বাইং পরিষেবা সুবিধা প্রদান করে, যা ব্যবহারকারীদের নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক অংশগ্রহণকারীর সাথে ছাড়ের হারে পণ্য বা পরিষেবা কেনার সুযোগ করে।
- • একটি গ্রুপবাই ডিল শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশগ্রহণকারীর সংখ্যা পূরণ করা হলে নিশ্চিত হয়।
- • যদি ন্যূনতম পরিমাণ পূরণ না হয়, অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে এবং আপনাকে কোন টাকা খরচ করতে হবে না।
- • পণ্য ও পরিষেবার উপলব্ধতা পূর্বে নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট
- • কিছু বৈশিষ্ট্য অ্যাক্সেস করতে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার জন্য দায়ী।
- • নিবন্ধনের সময় আপনি সঠিক ও পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত।
- • আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার বা স্থানান্তর করা নিষেধ।

পেমেন্ট এবং বিলিং
- • সাইটে সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রদর্শিত হয়।
- • সকল পেমেন্ট সাইটে উল্লিখিত অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে করতে হবে।
- • মূল্যগুলো প্রযোজ্য শুল্ক সহ থাকবে, যদি না অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া
- • অর্ডার দেওয়া মানে আগ্রহী তালিকায় অংশগ্রহণের একটি প্রস্তাব। চুক্তি শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হলে, ন্যূনতম অংশগ্রহণকারী সীমা পূরণ হলে এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে আংশিক বা পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট করা হলে গঠিত হয়, বা প্রথম আগমন প্রথম পরিষেবার ভিত্তিতে।
- • যদি ন্যূনতম সীমা নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পূরণ না হয়, অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে এবং কোনো পেমেন্ট করতে হবে না।

বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরত
- • আপনি গ্রুপবাই শেষ হওয়ার আগে বা পেমেন্টের আগে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।
- • একবার গ্রুপবাই সফল হলে এবং পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে, বাল্ক ক্রয় এবং ক্রস-বর্ডার শিপমেন্ট জটিলতার কারণে কোন অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা।
- • নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে অর্ডারের টাকা রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে:
- ○ পণ্য নির্ধারিত সর্বোচ্চ সময়ের মধ্যে বিতরণ না করা হলে।
- ○ পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।

বুদ্ধিগত সম্পদ (Intellectual Property)
পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোন পণ্য, অন্যত্র বিক্রয়, বিতরণ এবং প্রচারণা চালানো যাবেনা।

নিষিদ্ধ আচরণ
- • আপনি সম্মত হন যে সাইটটি কোনো বেআইনি উদ্দেশ্যে বা অন্যদের অধিকার লঙ্ঘনের জন্য ব্যবহার করবেন না।
- • অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস, হ্যাকিং বা লগইন শংসাপত্র বিতরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষেধ।

- • গ্রুপবাই সাইট ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরবর্তী ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।
- • আমরা সাইটের অবিচ্ছিন্ন উপলব্ধতা বা পণ্যের বর্ণনার সঠিকতা গ্যারান্টি করি না।

এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা শাসিত এবং কোনো বিরোধ গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আদালতে সমাধান করা হবে।

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GroupBuy.bdshop.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.
- • By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Services
- • The Site facilitates group buying services, allowing users to purchase products or services at discounted rates when a minimum number of participants is reached.
- • A GroupBuy deal is confirmed only if the required number of participants is met before the deadline.
- • If the minimum quantity is not reached, the order will be cancelled and you don't have to pay anything.
- • The availability of products and services is subject to change without prior notice.

User Accounts
- • You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- • Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

Payment and Billing
- • All prices are shown in the site in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
- • All payments must be made through the approved methods listed on the Site.
- • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Order Process
- • Placing an order constitutes an offer to participate the interested list. A contract is formed only when the order is confirmed and the minimum participant threshold is met and partial or full payment is made within the given time or first come first serve basis.
- • If the minimum threshold is not reached within the specified period, the order will be canceled, and no need to make any payments.

Cancellation and Refunds
- • You may cancel your order before the GroupBuy ends or Before the payment.
- • Once a GroupBuy is successful and payment is done, cancellations may not be accepted due to the nature of bulk procurement and for the cross-border shipment complexity.
- • Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- ○ Product not delivered within maximum stated time
- ○ Item is damaged or defective

Intellectual Property
Users may NOT reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct
- • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- • Unauthorized access, hacking, or distribution of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
- • GroupBuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
- • We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site
