- পেমেন্ট করার সিস্টেম: ৩০% অথবা ১০০% পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার বুকিং/কনফার্ম করার অপশন রয়েছে। যে প্রোডাক্টগুলি চায়না ফ্যাক্টরি থেকে প্রোডাকশন হয়ে শিপমেন্ট হয়ে আসতে লম্বা সময় লাগবে সেক্ষেত্রে ৩০% পেমেন্ট করতে পারেন। আর যদি প্রোডাক্ট রেডি স্টক থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে ফুল পেমেন্ট করে দিলে দ্রুত ডেলিভারি পাবেন। আগে ৩০% পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে যখন প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির জন্য রেডি হবে সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি এর আগে কোন বকেয়া থাকলে সেটি পেমেন্ট করে দিলেই ডেলিভারি স্টার্ট হবে। তাই যে অর্ডারগুলি ফুল পেইড থাকবে সেগুলি সবার আগে ডেলিভারি প্রসেস হবে এবং আংশিক পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারগুলি বকেয়া পরিশোধের পরে দ্রুত ডেলিভারি করা হবে ইনশা আল্লাহ।
- পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং ফি: ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং ফি লাগে না তবে অর্ডার এর এমাউন্ট মিনিমাম ১৫,০০০ টাকা হতে হয় এবং ফুল পেমেন্ট করতে হয়। এছাড়াও বিকাশের ক্ষেত্রে ১.৫% এবং ব্যাংক কার্ডের ক্ষেত্রে SSLwireless পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে চার্জ ২.৫% (গ্রুপবায় তে প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রাইস যেহেতু MRP তে সেল হয়না এবং অনেক ডিস্কাউন্টে আপনাদের সকলের অর্ডার একসাথে নিয়ে এরপর প্রোডাক্ট সরাসরি ফ্যাক্টরি বা অন্য রিলায়েবল সোর্স থেকে বাল্ক প্রাইসে কেনা হয় যার ফলে ডিস্কাউন্ট দেয়া সম্ভব হয় কিন্তু পেমেন্ট প্রসেসিং এর এই এক্সট্রা চার্জ আমাদের পক্ষে বহন করার মত স্কোপ থাকে না)
- রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড & এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসিঃ প্রোডাক্টে ফল্ট থাকলে আমাদের থেকে ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট পাবেন। অর্ডারের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট করতে পারবেন, এরপর রিফান্ড অপশন থাকবে না যেহেতু আপনাদের অর্ডারের ভিত্তিতে প্রোডাক্ট বাল্ক পারচেজ করা হয় আর একারণেই GroupBuy এর কোন একটি প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করে অন্য প্রোডাক্ট নেয়ার সুযোগ নেই।
